It is hard to get an accurate picture locally because there are so many perspectives. We all know that the media thrives are negative news and we all know of people who are doing well. Here is a gauge I did not expect to see. It is my personal experience and 'aha' moment!

What are your home builder's credentials and qualifications? And education?

Yesterday's discussion on Bond Campbell's post about education and experience was very interesting. I am a believer that most things in life are a balance and this seems to be true here as well. Education with no real world experience would not make me comfortable as the builder's first client but what would it tell you if the builder was all experience and no education?
