  • Interactive maps
  • Search new homes & building lots for sale

The New Subdivision resource is a comprehensive list all the new subdivisions with vacant lots or new house for sale in Boise and surrounding Treasure Valley, Idaho. Subdivisions are displayed by MLS Area and categorized into lifestyle including Townhomes & Condominiums, Entry Level, Move-Up, Upgrade and Luxury Subdivisions. Each category lists lot sizes, lot prices and starting home values for those subdivisions. Community profiles are also available that include community amenities, HOA dues, schools, other information about the community and then view listings from the MLS for New Houses for Sale and Building Lots.

2015 is off to a strong start with new home construction. Home Values are rising which could slow the pace down but probably only for local buyers. Out of state buyers find Boise very affordable and love the lifestyle offered.

Tips to selecting a new subdivision

  1. Define your needs and priortize them: Location, Lot Size, Community Amenities, Schools, etc.
  2. Determine how much you can afford and stick to it.

Determining your selection criteria will help you quickly eliminate new communities that do not fit your criteria and narrow your search.
