 Our theme is "Downsize to Luxury". The homes, as well as the subdivision, are designed with those in mind who want large, open living areas and special attention given to the master bedroom and bath that are all on the ground floor. Most of the homes are single level. All elevations are European Old Country design. All homes have privacy patios, located on the cool, north or east, side of the homes. The patios have outdoor kitchen centers or outdoor fireplaces. The back of 20 of the homes are open to and adjoin a common area designed to encourage a neighborhood that will result in knowing your neighbors. That will also result in knowing your home is safe even when you are gone on trips or vacations. All lawns are taken care of by the association, giving the owners a great looking place as well as giving them time to do things they like to do away from home. All homes are Energy Star homes and are designed with "Aging in place" amenities. We have 15 floorplans, each of which can be modified for someone who wants to build one here. We don't expect to see any two homes exactly alike, inside or out. This is definitely a unique subdivision with unique homes. Something different, something special.
