Capitol Building Company and all of its' trade and vendor partners are extremely proud to bring the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Dream Home Program to Idaho. It is Capitol's belief that "No child should die before the dawn of life". We build a home in the Treasure Valley each year and then raffel it off at $100 per ticket with all of the procedes going to fund hospital operations. This has been a very successful campaign both in raising awareness for the hospital's work and for the amazing kids who are fighting catastrophic childhood diseases.

Warranty/ Guarantee Information
Our warranty is comprehensive in that we have a customer care specialist that begins the warranty period with a complete home owner orientation that takes place before the home actually closes. During the orientation the client is instructed on the operation of all the systems in the home and a complete list is made of any outstanding construction issues. Capitol does not allow the home to be moved into until the client certifies that ALL issues have been resolved. In this way we are consistently delivering homes as close to “zero defect” as possible. The new homeowner is contacted by our customer care specialist after 30 days of occupancy and then again at the 11 month mark to see if any issues mayhave arisen. These punch list items are then taken care of prior to the expiration of the one year warranty. We are committed to a solid program of “after the sale service excellence” and this is evident in our past client testimonials.
