Home Warranty
Every new home comes with a full year corner-to-corner warranty. Coleman Homes warranty program includes free warranty visits during the first year of occupancy. The first visit occurs after the first 60 days where initial issues will be addressed. The final warranty visit is scheduled 11 months after occupancy to address any other issues. All warranty visits are free and the visits are no cost to the buyer.
