Jordan Valenti

Jordan prides himself in his analytical, detail oriented nature and tireless work ethic. Despite his science background, Jordan's real passion is working with people and includes work in promotions and events before joining Group One Sotheby's International Realty.

When he is not avidly negotiating for his clients, Jordan enjoys the extensive public lands Idaho has to offer, whether that is backpacking in the Sawtooths, soaking in a natural hot spring, or hiking in the foothills. He firmly believes there is no other place else on earth quite like Idaho and living here is one of the greatest opportunities you will experience. Everyone needs to plant their roots and there is no better place to do that than Idaho. Give Jordan a call and let him show you the opportunities that abound in this great state we call home.

Where do you go for a great meal?

With so many great places to eat in Boise it really is hard to choose. I love the North End vibe found at Parilla and 13th Street, the modern industrial scene at !0 Barrel Brewing Co, and for breakfast, a visit to Goldy’s is a must.

Where do you like to visit?

When I am not working, I enjoy spending my time backpacking in the Sawtooths, hiking in the foothills, fishing the rivers of the state, or enjoying one of the numerous events in lively downtown Boise.

How did you become a real estate agent?

I spent several years doing marketing and events, but, at the end of the day, I realized I enjoyed working with people. Purchasing a new home is the largest purchase you make in life and seeing the joy on the face of a happy client is the most rewarding experience.

Where are you from? Why did you move to Boise?

Aside from a few years in Colorado, I have lived in Idaho for my entire life, and consider myself a true Idahoan. Boise is beautiful and I believe it is one of the last gems in the country. A vibrant downtown juxtaposed with the serene solitude of the surrounding mountains is something I will never trade.

What area do you visit most in Treasure Valley?

Living in the historic East End, I enjoy spending time in downtown Boise. I love the atmosphere and there is ALWAYS something going on. It is really gratifying to see the influx of new restaurants, industry companies, and people continue to diversify an already unique area.

What's your great strength in real estate?

I come from an analytical background so I use my expertise dealing with raw data to strategize, optimize, and effectively negotiate on behalf of my clients. My detail
