Where do you go for a great meal?

I love to explore all the dining options in downtown Boise. My top three favorite would have to be Juniper, Eukika!, or Fork.

Where do you like to visit?

I love going to different things in Boise like First Thursday, Saturday Markets, and the events at the Morrison Center. But my favorite would have to be the Shakespeare Festival. I go with friends and family and have fun during the summer evenings.

How many years have you been a agent?

I have been an agent for nearly 20 years.

How did you become a real estate agent?

Really it was my attention to detail and willingness to offer great service that lead me to real estate.

Where are you from? Why did you move to Boise?

I chose to move to Boise for the access to the outdoors and beautiful parks and open spaces. Running is a passion of mine and Boise is truly a great place for runners and bikers. The city has created bike lanes downtown and the greenbelt is runner/bikers dream.

What area do you visit most in Treasure Valley?

While I have experience selling homes in most of the Treasure Valley I really enjoy going toward Bown Crossing. Bown Crossing is a suburb of Boise. It's close to Downtown Boise but has a charm all it's own. I enjoy meeting clients there and showing them a different side of Boise. We truly live in a great community Bown Crossing is a place that most illustrates that to people moving to Boise.

What's your greatest success in real estate?

In the past 20 years I have been privileged to work with first time home buyers, trade up builders, high end custom clients, and I have successes dealing with each. It's hard for me to pick just one favorite success.

What's your great strength in real estate?

I would say that's my attention to detail is my greatest real estate strengths. There are tons of little pieces and parts to getting a home to closing on time. I take pride in keeping the ball moving and being sure things happen when they are supposed to.
