HISTORY OF HUBBLE HOMES

Over ten years ago Don Hubble began building homes in the Treasure Valley and has become one of the largest and most respected homebuilders in the state of Idaho. He is an Idaho native and serves as the company founder and president.
Hubble Homes success can be attributed to the niche Hubble has carved out for itself in the Treasure Valley, which is to provide home buyers with more space for less money, more choices and an enjoyable home buying experience.
“Market research told us buyers want spacious homes at a great value” says Hubble, “they also want more storage space and the ability to choose their own options. With that in mind, we designed our homes to meet the market demand for spacious, quality homes at a great value.”
Even in challenging economic times, the local housing market supports the demand for quality, spacious homes, at a great value. For the past two years Hubble says, “our

market has slowed down substantially, but we see consistent sales despite a rough economy.”
Floor plans range from 900 to 4400 square feet and Hubble offers plenty of variety at a wide range of price points. Prices start in the low $130’s in Ada County and the mid $90’s in Canyon County.
In addition, buyers choose the upgrades and options that are most important to their needs, lifestyle and budget in the New Home Showroom, which is the largest of it’s kind in the state. Buyers can browse through life-sized samples and displays of flooring, cabinets, countertops, exteriors, lighting and appliances in the 10,000 square foot showroom.
The company is also committed to building quality neighborhoods and communities. Most recently donating a lot in Meridian to the local Habitat for Humanity project as well as coordinating a Toys For Tots donation project last Christmas. Over the years, Hubble Homes has donated to the Meridian City Police Department, Caldwell City YMCA, Library and Civic Center Expansion and a baseball field at Reed Elementary in Kuna, just to name a few.
Hubble Homes has also been consistently recognized as one of the nation’s top one-hundred builders by Builder Magazine.
