Since 1976, Doug Jayo has been building homes of dis- tinction in the Treasure Val- ley, and his company, Jayo Construction, has become one of the largest develop- ment companies in the area. His sons, Justin, Cameron, and Shane manage the construction projects, while Doug handles the development side.
