Tradewinds Building Company is a Registered Master Builder in Boise, Idaho that has been providing families with homes for over 25 years. Tradewinds has perfected the process of building an upper end custom home and have implemented this policy into the semi-custom homes as well.

 

Tradewinds Building Company builds on average 20-25 homes each year. They purposely do not take on more projects so they do not lose focus on the product they have strived so hard to make perfect. The personalized service and ease of communication even for the client from out-of-state has been a proven asset to Tradewinds. Tradewinds' homes range from $350,000 to 4,500,000.

Tradewinds Building Company has been involved in numerous Parade of Homes over the years. They have received many awards for their interior and exterior design as well as the Peoples Choice Award. Ted has served as president of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho. He was awarded Builder of the Year, Spike of the Year, and is a life director of that association. He also served as president of the Idaho Building Contractors Association and received the Idaho State Builder of the Year Award in 1998. Steve is currently serving as president of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho. He has received various awards within that association. He is certified as an Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America and is actively involved in various community organizations.

 

Tradewinds Building Company has a great one year warranty from the time a client moves in. In most cases though, it is not even needed!
