Whitney Homes is a full service residential design - build company. Whether you choose to use our in house design services or we collaborate with your architect/ designer, you can see the uniqness of our product in every home that we have built regardless of size or style. What you can not see is the internal systems that we utilize throughout the construction process to insure that your home is built right, on schedule and within budget. We welcome the opportunity to discuss the importance of knowledgeable systems design, line item budgeting and critical path scheduling to insure that your home not only looks good but is built right. We don't just manufacture houses, we build homes - "MADE FOR LIVING".

Warranty information

Thanks to a proven track record of building quality homes and a long term relationship with Residential Warranty Corp we are proud to offer an 8 year extended policy covering major structural defects on all of our homes in addition to our standard one year warranty.
