Bear Creek Subdivision is a large subdivision in southwest Meridian that is quiet and feels private but is also close to major roads and urban amenities. This subdivision consists of 4 phases and has gated and non-gated sections. Homesites range from one-fifth to one-third of an acre. Within the subdivision is Bear Creek Park, which features a playground, 2 softball & baseball fields, and open fields to play.

Bear Creek is also close to major roads like Eagle Road, Interstate-84, and Overland Road, making commuting to work or taking the kids to school easy. In fact, most of the roads that run east to west in Meridian can take you straight from Nampa to Boise. It takes less than 25 minutes to get to downtown Eagle or downtown Boise. The Boise Airport to the east and downtown Nampa to the west are both around 15 minutes away.

Bear Creek has a number of family activities nearby. It is just minutes south of the Cinemark Majestic Movie Theater, Wahooz Family Fun Zone, and Roaring Springs Water Park. Less than 15 minutes south is the Boise Ranch Golf Course. In addition, most of Meridian’s 20 parks can be driven to in less than 15 minutes. In less than 30 minutes, you can drive to Lake Lowell for swimming and outdoor recreation.
