Culver Subdivision offers an opportunity for future pedestrian and bike connectivity along the Farmer’s Union Canal to the east. While discussions are ongoing with the irrigation company to allow access to pathways within easements, ensuring connections are in place when development is entitled is an important feature to ensure the future success of these pathways.
