Canyon Point Subdivision (also called Cliffside subdivision) is an upscale community in SE Boise that sports a location like no other. It is located off Highway 21, which provides easy access to Micron, Federal Way, and Interstate-84 to the north. To the south is the Boise River, Lucky Peak Reservoir, and Arrowrock Reservoir. Canyon Point features homes that back up the beautiful volcanic cliffs carved out by the Boise River. In addition, the location is ideal for views of the Boise foothills and plenty of open sky. Downtown Boise is less than 20 minutes away for food, entertainment, and shopping. Canyon Point is not an opportunity to miss.
