Beaconwood Subdivision is a 37.34 acre development with 72 homesites for custom homes, northwest of the City of Eagle. These building lots are nearly a ½ acre each. The preliminary plat was presented in January 2022 to the City of Eagle Planning and Zoning Committee.

 

Phase 1 of Beaconwood Subdivision will begin in Fall of 2022 with construction of homes in Phase 1 to begin in 2024. Subdivision work for Phase 2 will begin in 2024 and homes in Phase 2 will begin in 2025. The development will be designed, constructed, operated, and maintained to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity so as not to change the essential character of the same area. The quality of the designs for street sections, architectural styles, harmonious use of materials, parking areas broken by landscaping features, and varied use of housing types, incorporated into the development shall exceed that of a non-PUD development.
