Brush Creek Subdivision was submitted to the City Council of Eagle in January 2021, originally proposed in August 2020. The development was presented by Tyler Frazier of The FCI Group, Altitude Development is the developer.

The preliminary plat for Brush Creek includes 16 building lots for single-family homes over 10 acres to be developed in one phase. A total of 82,858 square feet of open space is proposed including a park that includes a cluster of community mailboxes and a buffer along Park Lane. The community will be served with pressurized irrigation. The subdivision will be fenced with wrought iron fencing.
