A Golf Community Like No Other!
Spurwing Estates Eagle Idaho

Spurwing Challenge Estates Eagle Idaho

Multi-Million-dollar homes on Eagle's premier golf course, SpurWing Challenge Estates. SpurWing Country Club is undeniably one of the finest private golf courses in the Treasure Valley. Residents of SpurWing enjoy memberships to the private club as part of their HOA dues.

SpurWing Challenge Estates is located around The Club at SpurWing Golf Course, which is a private golf club west past Linder Road on Chinden Blvd (aka Highway 20). Like most golf course-facing properties, the homes are high-end and sit on larger lots that back up directly onto the golf course.

Like Golf? You'll love this community
Amenities of the Club at Spurwing include a championship-inspired 18-hole golf course, a private swimming pool, tennis court complex, and a fine dining room. Spurwing residents also enjoy valley views from atop the ridge overlooking Eagle, Star, and the foothills. There are multiple parks nearby, including Heroes Park, Kelly Creek Park, Keith Bird Legacy Park, and Eagle Island State Park—just a few minutes away by car.

Spurwing is situated to provide residents easy access to both downtown Eagle and Downtown Meridian. Both cities are growing quickly and have tons of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. All of the fun in the Treasure Valley can be accessed by the major arterial roads like Chinden Blvd, Eagle Road, Linder Road, and Interstate-84. The Village at Meridian is one of the best places to shop and dine in the Treasure Valley. Roaring Springs Water Park and Wahooz Family Fun Zone are perfect places for a family day out.

Located off of Chinden Boulevard in Meridian, Idaho, The Club at SpurWing golf course layout places the first five holes on top of the fluvial “bench” surrounded by beautiful homes and family-friendly neighborhoods. The signature par-3 hole Six with its incredible views of the Boise Mountains to the east and Squaw Butte to the north drops 100 feet from tee to green and sets the stage for the lower holes 7 through 17. The hole that creates the most conversation and requires two quality golf shots is the 426-yard, par-4 14th hole, recently renovated to include a water feature that demands all carry for the second shot. Hole 15 was also included in the course redesign and is a definite challenge to the player’s shot-making abilities. The par-4 18th hole climbs back to finish at the clubhouse. Imagine the sight from the dining areas with the fairway in the foreground and the gorgeous homes and landscape of the Valley in the stunning background!
