Greenleaf is a rural Idaho farmland community in Canyon County west of Caldwell, ID. 

Greenleaf, Idaho, carries a rich history dating back to its founding in the early 1900s; the town was supposedly named after the poetry John Greenleaf Whittier. Considered a part of the Boise/Nampa metropolitan area, Greenleaf is home to around 800 permanent residents and offers those who call it home a quaint charm and a close-knit, friendly community.  

Surrounded by the rural land of Idaho, the town offers nearby outdoor recreation within just a few minutes of driving. Additionally, if sports are more your thing, check out TimberStone Golf Course which is only 4 miles away from downtown Greenleaf. No matter how you choose to spend your days, the rural community of Greenleaf is sure to have something for everybody.

 Homes for sale in Greenleaf are normally very few because it is a small community along Highway 19 and people enjoy living here, meaning residents are not moving away. There are also not a lot of new developments and with its proximity to Caldwell, this small town will grow in the coming years.
