DESIGN-BUILD HOMES
Although most of our clients prefer we handle the process of designing and constructing their home from beginning to end, we have also developed a group of construction services for those clients who want to manage or perform some segment of their homes construction themselves. We've found over the years there are clients who may not want to construct their home immediately but want to start the process. Some clients have knowledge and experience in the industry and are competent to manage certain operations themselves. By offering an "A la Carte" group of services broken into practical segments, clients can purchase the services they need when they need them.
This service is particularly appealing to out-of-state clients who want to start the process of designing their home long before they move. CULPAN & COMPANY is one of the very few construction companies that offer this unique service!
