This is due in part to Idaho being one of the largest producers of hops in the country, as well as the city's increasing popularity. Considering the Pacific Northwest is a hotspot for brewing and microbrewing, it makes sense that Boise would join in on the fun. Boise is home to 15 local breweries. Even if you don't drink, all of these breweries have great food to try. Check out the ultimate Boise Breweries Guide!
