After years of builder's asking "when will it be normal again?," it seems we may have found it. Over the last 12 months Ada Count has produced over 2,500 building permits which is very much in line with historical patterns and growth of the Treasure Valley. Canyon County is normally a third to one half of the Boise Market and seems to be gaining momentum. Building lots still seems to be the primary consern of builders as opportunity is limited by inventory and many subdivisions are comprised of exclusive builder teams. Several subdivisions are coming on board in the near future although no one is predicting lot prices to drop.
