In Boise, we are fortunate enough to be a growing city in a growing metropolitan area that also has easy access to nature. In many cases, the nature is right off your back patio. There are a number of subdivisions that back up to the Boise Greenbelt as well as waterfront properties that face the Boise River or neighborhood ponds. What is the difference between these two types of properties?

This year, the Boise River Greenbelt is turning 50 years old and the City of Boise is celebrating with three days of community events. All of these events are family-friendly and everyone is encouraged to come celebrate a distinctive piece of Boise’s culture. The events start on 9/19 and end on 9/21.

Garden City, Idaho welcomes all to it's city. Located just beside Boise, many don't even consider it a separate city. It is comprised of about 3 miles of Chinden Blvd., the Boise RIver and just below the Boise Bench. Even though this is a relatively small area, it is very diverse.
