When most people think of Idaho Real Estate they probably think about farmhouses and potatoe field but Idaho is way more. From a state with vast wilderness areas, 100's of miles of whitewater rafting and an amazing mountain bike system- Idaho has everything everyone is looking for. Real estate is just as diverse from the acclaimed resort towns like Sun Valley, McCall and Couer d'Alene to remote places like Stanley (population 100) and Arco, The majority of the population is in Southern Idaho, the largest population being Boise Idaho. Here you find Hi-Tech companies like Micron and HP so you can imagine that executives of large companies like these have amazing executive homes. Idaho Real Estate is probably more diverse than most major cities. The only thing you won't find in Idaho is Hi-Rise Office buildings. Idaho Real Estate searches include everything from lakes to rivers to creeks that dry in in the summer. Or search in the foothills.

Boise Home Values ebb and flow with supply and demand as well as people's perception of the market. The home values have risen too fast according to some real estate professionals but in an emotional purchase it is easy for this to happen, especially if the people buying the homes have the money?
