Building Permit Report

New construction in the Treasure Valley have seen upward movement for at least a year and a half. June 2013 was down 89 in Ada County building permits from May which represents a 32% decrease. Canyon County realized 50 fewer permits, over 50% decrease.While this is a significant drop it is normal for permit activity to decrease at this time of the year but this frop was higher than expected.

For someone who is about to jump in to building a home, they may feel overwhelmed but while there are a lot fo things to think about, you only have to make decisions one at a time and they are not all made at one time.
