Building Permit Report

New construction in the Treasure Valley have seen upward movement for at least a year and a half. June 2013 was down 89 in Ada County building permits from May which represents a 32% decrease. Canyon County realized 50 fewer permits, over 50% decrease.While this is a significant drop it is normal for permit activity to decrease at this time of the year but this frop was higher than expected.
