A business has to find new clients to survive and when the economy descends, the marketing budget is the first to be cut and it is the last to be funded when it returns. If that theory is true, business in new construction and real estate must be healing well. Today, we were doing some research and realized that one home building company in Boise Idaho has a very large team dedicated to creating, designing and building quality homes? This is not a comprehensive study so there is no supporting evidence but look how many people are involved for this Boise Idaho home builder.

Through the years many home builders have come and gone there are more builders than there were 15 years ago. The following graph charts how many different builder have pulled permits by year since 1996. In 2011 can saw fewer builders while Ada County saw an increase for the second year in a row.
