Native Americans are known to have inhabited this area at least 14,000 years ago, evidence of winter villages dates back to 5,000 years ago. The bows and arrows appeared 2,000 years ago, and ancestral Shoshone populations brought pottery to Idaho within the past 500 years. Around the year 1710, Shoshone bands acquired horses that were descended from those brought to North America by the Spanish. While most trade routes have existed for hundreds if not thousands of years, mobility of Native Americans was limited prior to the introduction of horses, which resulted in greater trade opportunities among tribes. This led to the establishment of better defined trade routes, many of which later would become trails used by immigrants during America’s westward expansion of the mid-19th century.

This real estate report is a breakdown of how home buyers spent their money on new home in Canyon County by subdivision. This analyis spells out wich were the most popular subdivisions and how much people were willing to spend to live in these communities. One question that is constantly asked by home buyers is "How much does it cost to build a new home" The prices below should help answer this question as they cost to build a home is relatively the same as move-in-ready. homes. In this report we included price per square foot as well. While this is good information it is far from being able to tell a complete answer. It should be used as a relative # because it is no interpreation of lot premiums or upgrades a house may have. As you will see the breakdown includes not only the average sales price but the range in which prices were sold so you can understand more clearly what the home values in a community actually are as apposed to the average home value.

5 was a vast improvement as you can see from the infographics at the top. While Build Idaho is not in the business of economic forecasts, there does not seem to be a reason for 2016 to slow down. As a matter of fact we are already seeing home buyers requesting more information now than last year, and yes, California keeps calling.
