Titan Homes is one of the most talked about builders in the Tri Cities area in Washington and we are excited to announce they are now in Boise. The first two homes are in Foxglove  Estate in Eagle, one is open this weekend.

Who builds the most homes in Boise, Idaho? Our 2018 report takes a look at building permits. This is different than home sales as not every home is listed through the Multiple Listing Service. Many custom home builds go unreported. Also, Custom Home builders are often approached by someone with a request to build on land they already own, so there is no technical "home sale".

As we get older our needs change and the demands on the homes we live in become more specialized and specific. Although each person's needs and requirements may be different, there are recognized industry standards of practice and design to meet the needs of seniors, and, more importantly, their needs for the future. Make no mistake, we are all going there one day if we are lucky!
