Not long ago the Boise Real Estate Market was considered a Buyer's market. People were not buying so prices were falling and there were lots of homes to choose from. Today, selection of homes to choose from is limited and though prices are still low and interest rates are great, home buyers are stating to bid on homes. Sellers are receiving multiple offers which will raise home values.
