Due to the COVID-19 pandemic creating opportunities for remote work, even more people are leaving large cities and moving to Idaho. As more people move to the area, home buyers are looking to buy homes in the smaller surrounding towns and cities. These areas are poised for large growth in terms of population and new home construction. Many of them have large lots that are perfect for building custom homes.
