Has new constructoin peaked? This months report shows how new construction activity is slowing down. Did builders over build in the spring, has the in-migration to Boise Idaho slown down?

Everyone knows the story of real estate and how in 2006 the first signs of the bubble bursting  showed up. Now we have stability and it may even be fair to say that opportunity is gone. Obviously, there is always opportunity but those good deals are not as drastic as they were. As a matter of fact, for 2 years the Boise Idaho Real Estate Market has been strong.

For someone who is about to jump in to building a home, they may feel overwhelmed but while there are a lot fo things to think about, you only have to make decisions one at a time and they are not all made at one time.

It seems like new homes is a popular topic in Boise Idaho. This week Kerri O'Hara of Core Group Realty continues the discussion. Boise continues to make the news as a top place to live in the United States. This buzz has created much interest in new construction as people flock to Boise to live.

In retail stores, the name brand item is more expensive and is higher quality. While difference in quality may not be apparent, there are several reasons that buying a home from a recognized builder is a better idea.
