This real estate report is a breakdown of how home buyers spent their money on new home in Ada County by subdivision. This analysis spells out which were the most popular subdivisions and how much people were willing to spend to live in these communities. One question that is constantly asked by people is "How much does it cost to build a new home" The prices below should help answer this question as they cost to build a home is relatively the same as move-in-ready. . In this report we included price per square foot as well. While this is good information it is far from being able to tell a complete answer. It should be used as a relative # because it is no interpretation of lot premiums or upgrades a house may have. As you will see the breakdown includes not only the average sales price but the range in which prices were sold so you can understand  more clearly what the home values in a community are.
