The COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent layoffs and stay-at-home orders caused a sharp decline in economic activity. The Corona Virus has obviously impacted our housing industry; however, the Boise Real Estate Market held surprisingly strong base on the numbers. The primary numbers that will jump out at most people are the Total Resale Pending numbers. They were only down by 150 units from March 2019.
