In the Treasure Valley—which encompasses Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Star, Nampa, Kuna, Caldwell, and Emmett— there are 20 golf courses to visit. Each one is completely unique in its feel, layout, and atmosphere. Some of these courses host professional tour events and are used by pros to practice. Boise has plenty of sporting events to watch throughout the year, including high school, college, and professional teams. Yes, we have professional sports teams in Boise. They aren't the big name teams, but rather their minor league affiliates. Regardless, these are paid, contracted athletes that train and play for their chance to make it to the big leages, many of whom have gone on to win national titles after playing here. Here is a list of the college and professional sports teams we have in Boise, as well as other sports you don't want to miss out on.

Here in the Boise area, like a large part of the country, the real estate market is a seller’s market. In doing all of the research to find the vineyards and wineries in Boise and the Treasure Valley, we discovered one thing: Idahoans love wine. In total, we found 19 vineyards that grow grapes and produce wine, as well as 15 wineries dedicated to tastings, flights and selling wine. This is no surprise considering that the Idaho wine market is growing (get it?). Idaho’s elevation, volcanic soil, hot summers, and moderately wet spring and fall all contribute to distinct varieties of grapes and wine. Keep this list handy and make a point to take wine tours of our amazing vineyards across the valley and taste what our emerging market has to offer.
