Garden City sits along Chinden Boulevard between State Street and Boise’s West Bench. It’s nestled between Boise to the southeast and Eagle to the northwest. Garden City has been experiencing a resurgence in the last decade, which has brought a lot of changes and updates. An arts scene called Live/Work/Create has been growing alongside craft breweries and wineries. Expo Idaho, Boise Fairgrounds, Revolution Concert House, and the Boise Hawks Baseball Stadium are in the north end of Garden City. Every summer, Garden City is full of people going to the Western Idaho Fair, Boise Music Festival and professional baseball games.

This means there is a wide range of house styling, age, and size, so buyers have a myriad of options to choose from. There is truly something for everybody! Below are the three best new subdivisions on the Boise Bench.
