The Boise Bench is a beautiful and vibrant section of Boise. The area is defined by Federal Way to the east, Interstate 84 to the South, and Interstate 184 (the Connector) to the west. It’s called the Boise Bench because it sits above the valley floor where most of the city lies. The Bench contains a variety of homes and subdivisions that have been built over the course of decades. This means there is a wide range of house styling, age, and size, so buyers have a myriad of options to choose from. There is truly something for everybody! June 2012 was another month confirming that Boise Idaho Real Estate has recovered. Total homes sold hit 750 during June compared to 635 homes in June 2011. Of the 750 homes sold, 126 were new construction.
