In Part 1, I mentioned a new subdivision with zero information available.

So I re-visited that new community I blogged about before. One of the three homes completed now has a flyer! The other two and townhomes under construction still don't. Don't try to tell me that all the flyers were taken either.  I wonder if the builder or realtor ever check on the homes? You'd think when the builder or realtor is checking on the house (or not) that they would notice.

Here is the other kicker for this sub- It is attached to another community and literally 2 houses down and across the street is an existing home for sale, It of course has an abundance of Bright colored flyers and is $80k less. It is a nice home by the way. No, it is not new but that cannot help market the new homes at that price difference.
