Klamath Basin Subdivision- Meridian, Idaho Main Idaho Real Estate Insights
The little subdivision that could not sell. This is a community I frequently walk through and continue to be surprised.

I believe this subdivision started developing homes a year and a half ago. First there were 6 homes. The first thing that I noticed is that they were all much more expensive than the homes in Wilkins which was congruent to Klamath. About 6 months ago, even though there was not one home sold two more homes went up. I could not see any info about who was building them but today construction looks like it has stopped on one of them. Also today i noticed that two of the homes have notices on them that they are in trouble. I would think the realtor or builder would have pulled them down, as the notices were several weeks old?

This subdivision is a great example of someone getting lots of bad informatin and wanting to get on the band wagon. Today it looks like one fo the nine homes have sold but the rest of the subdivision is disaster. I walked the subdivision this morning for the first time in several months. The available lots are weed invested. The existing homes for sale have let the front yard go and they look like crap. The back yards did not have landsca[ping and look even worse now with overgrowth.

If you are looking for a deal there are many out there but you may want ot check out this subdivision. My guess is that the sellers are extremely motivated. Of course there is a reason these home have not sold yet?
