The latest analysis shows the market could be fully adjusted, in terms of pricing new to existing home sales

Anyytime we buy something we compare prices. Do we pay full price to see a movie now or wait till it comes to the dollar theater. Do we stay at the hotel next to the ocean or near it. Based on our perception, we buy the best value. Homes are little more complicated, as it involves emotional factors but at the end of the day it all works out. For years new homes have been priced much higher than existing homes. The change in times has now got new homes competing with existing inventory. Do I buy an existing home and save a litlle or do I buy new- get new appliances and pay a little more? Here are the latest average sales price trends.
