I just read an article of the top 25 appreciating markets in the United States and Boise, Idaho Falls and Kellogg all made the list in the top 20.

It is amazing how some of these lists change from year to year since for years we have seen these lists forecast 10-20 % appreciation and this year, this list maxed at 4.9% for Biloxi, MS.  They had Idaho Falls forecast for 3.8%; Kellog and Boise for 3.5%.

It didn't list Meridian homes for sale or projections, but I would anticipate it to be similar for Boise.
