Build Idaho surveyed local Builders and here is what we found.

During the First Quarter of  2006, Build Idaho, completed a survey in cooperation with Boise State University Business Students. In the survey Builders were asked:

What are the top three accessories that make a house unique?

Answers were weighted based on First, Second and third choices and here are the results-
