Trey- you maybe right, but in my opinion the big house, big lot, big car, big belly, at Walmart prices mentality is a sickness. Hope that it passes (along with baggy jeans)

Notice how it is all about I, I me, me, mine, with no regards to their neighbors, the environment or the sustainability of the home? The next few years will change this mind set!

Times are changing Trey! As a young father of four kids under eight, I used to look for what you described. Now I settle for the most affordable place, even if it is a little more cozy.
