Rain Rain and more Rain-are your gutters clean? is the crawl space wet? Main The Durable Green Home
With all the rain and our experience on water in the crawl space i have been looking at gutters lately-wow they are full of junk, leaves, dirt, plants, even saw a tree growing out of one!! time to clean them out, but who do you call? ...

On Point is providing some services to help homeowners out with these maintenance items with the Help of Robbins Construction. Cliff Robbins has a reputation of doing it right the first time and really taking the extra care that maintenance items require. call Tad 407-5414 or Cliff 941-8273 if you need to get them cleaned.

Also what about the other end of the gutter? the downspout, where is the water going? maybe you should check the crawl space? Crawls are being flooded all over the valley and about the worse thing you can do is call a insurance company or their affiliates to take care of it. BECAUSE THEY DON'T, they only "dry" it out. thats a joke! what about fixing the problems of why the water got there in the first place? Drainage is poor on most homes, downspouts are located next to foundation vents, or in the wrong area, and they seem to be out of site out of mind. On Point has been providing drainage solutions to homeowners to correct these problems and fix the "WHY" it got there in the first place question. Then we can clean up the crawl, fix the vapor barrier and get the home back to a healthy state.
