Nampa Idaho Real Estate trends for 2013 Main Idaho Real Estate Insights
Some might argue that Nampa has been in a slump for sales from home buyers since the bubble but is 2013 the year that Nampa Idaho real estate picks up?

Nampa Idaho Real EstateOne thing that many professionals talk about in the industry is that Nampa has a year lag. Boise started ticking upward last sring in an obvious way but will Nampa follow?

Things look good for Nampa real estate in 2013. First, gas has dropped significantly form $4/ gallon. This is significant as all business flows from Boise, ID. Some might argue that Nampa is its own economy but it would be hard to argue with the amount of traffic that flows to Boise on I84, especially at peak hours.

Overall the investor market is drying up and supply continues to lag behind demand pushing prices up. This should help prices for those that are under water.

Nampa has a great appeal for those who want to live away from the hustle and bustle of Boise. Nampa has lots of open space still, great views of both the Owyhee mountains and the Boise Foothills plus Lake Lowell just doen the street. Learn more about Nampa Idaho Real Estate
