You just gotta love Boise, ID! Main Idaho Real Estate Insights

On the way to work this morning, I had the radio on listening to the news, which I advise not to do anyway. But as discouraging as the news can be sometimes, I think, thank goodness I live in Boise! The rest of the world has gone mad?

Does Boise have it's fair share of events that make the news? Of course, we are not shielded from craizy, maybe even per capita we have more but I highly doubt it.

Just so glad to live in a place that I feel safe in. There are so many things gegraphically that make Boise unique but one thing that most people note that are not from here is the sense of groundedness that illuminates from the people in the area. One thing people comment on is that in September through November , how many are hunting. While you may be against hunting, you gotta admit that there is something about getting back to nature.

One thing that I have noticed is that so many people are really about lifestyle in Idaho. Most of my friends are outdoor related. So we enjoy day trips and camping on weekends. If you are headed north on the weekends, you will find Highway 55 and Highway 21 loaded with cars in the afternoons. Everyone looking for a great camping spot!

Another aspect of the area is we really do not have "bad parts of town?" That is compared to what you would find in another major metro. Sure, we have drugs and guns just like the rest of the world but I do not really worry about driving or walking in a place that would concern me necessarily.

Maybe not a perfect place, but better than many other cities and my family and I feel it is a great place. On that note, I can also say that I have talked to other people who were raised in Boise, moved away but are returning home to raise their family here! That has got to mean something.
