We review sales activity, overall home building activity and any trends we see happening in the local real estate market. We also review who is building and where homes are selling. The Boise Idaho Real Estate Market is for  SELLERS!

Lower inventory levels and increase sales have driven home values up again this spring. Last month was the Parade of Homes which historically drives a lot of buyers. Many homes will be starting this month and in the coming weeks, due to this home show. Home sales in July are commonly slower, keep in mind that homes normally take at least 4 months to build a new home.

Sales were way up in June
