June posted another strong month of home sales. While the #'s are strong for June, we are starting to hear signs of change. Is it just because of the July 4th holiday, which was in the middle of the week or is change coming?

One change that we are hearing (or not hearing?) is mulitple offers are not frequent? Normally the market is strongest in spring so multiple offers are more common but the pace has been so strong it seems to have disapated fast.

One other piece of information that we heard this week from a reliable source is that mechanical leans are on the rise. more to come on that soon!
