Idaho is 63% public land! We have more places to explore and scenic views than most will ever see. Have you heard of Frank Church Wilderness, Hells Canyon, Thousand Springs, Salmon River (The River fo No Return) or the Sawtooth Mountains? Idaho is way more than potate fields!

With all that space, one could get lost and some do. It is also a great place to find yourself! Loose the phone, get out of your car and just start walking. Work your way through the forest to the top of a mountain or remote lake. Enjoy scenic vistas or be captivated by the stars, there is no end to what you can discover in Idaho.

Idaho also has wildlife! 

Track wild turkeys in the spring or ellk in autumn. It is common to see deer and waterfowl. If you take your binoculars and find a quiet place you are likely to see something you have never scene before or enjoy seeing it again. We have many species of birds and all kinds of predators like the badger and fox but don't become prey.

There are many, many cool places to visit traversing the state and they all have something to offer. There are place with hot springs, great food, whitewater rafting, horseback tours, jet boat tours and flyfishing guides. Don't forget your Idaho State Parks Pass ($10) and a T-Shirt!
