With a combines 1,790 new residential construction permits between Ada and Canyon County issued during the second quarter of this year, housing growth has continued as expected and surpassed any previous quarter volume of home construction since 2006, during which time over 2,000 new residential construction permits were issued each quarter.

Median prices on new and existing home sales have steadily risen every year, reflecting that new construction supply has not outperformed the demand for home purchases in the Treasure Valley.

839 Final Plat residential lots approved by Meridian this quarter, which we expect to be recorded as Subdivision plats within 6 to 12 months.
