2022 Boise Idaho Real Estate Blog

Why we create the ultimate real estate experience for our clients and agents.

Main Idaho Real Estate Insights

Build Idaho has been around for 10 years but about 6 months ago we started merging with Full Sail Real Estate to develop a company unlike any other in Boise.

We wanted to build a business that attracted top agents and offered their clients a great experience. You may be saying, "Isn't that what every real estate company wants?" Great point!

We went further. We wanted to provide the kind of value to our agents they depended on to run their business. And they know that they could not do it better or cheaper on their own. We also wanted to create tools and services not found anywhere else. Our pillars are quite simple

  1. Training.
We make sure our agents understand how to do the job. We even have agents with over a decade experience that still come in to learn.
  2. Fully supportive administrative team.
We want agents to be be supported so they can do their  job and not get bogged down by the laborious details. You know how agents hate paperwork but without the i's getting dotted, it can get complicated. So we ensure that all the details are covered.
  3. An online experience that is unmatched.
BuildIdaho.com is by far the most informative website about real estate in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Star, Kuna, Caldwell, Middleton and other areas of the Treasure Valley. Our agents use, as well as about every other agent in the area. We have extensive reports on individual builders and communities. These report are mostly new construction oriented.
  4. Automated Systems.
We have an incredible plan to make sure that things that can be automoated are or that automatic alerts are sent out to help the agents
  5. High Caliber CRM.
We wanted to make sure that our home buyers and sellers have a robust home search that is dependable and fast because that is what they expect.

This year we are proud to have Michelle Penick who achieved an award that everyone wants- Team Rookie of the Year. Her dedication to her clients and determination is unmatched.

We also have the KW Rookie of the Year (individual Agent), Silvia Christensen. Why would an accomplised agent join a team? The value that she is receiving is hard to not take notice of.

2019 is a strong year for our team and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to take care of a few people this year who trusted us to help them buy and sell property. If we can help you, just ask!
