Lilac Springs was developed by Coleman Homes, which also builds high-end homes in communities such as Legacy, Cartwright Ranch and Fall Creek. This subdivision greets you with a waterfall entrance and sweeping, well-manicured landscaping. This community features 120 homes on lots ranging a quarter acre up to 0.35 acres. Residents enjoy a community pool with clubhouse, a tennis and basketball court, a private pond, and multiple open green spaces.

Lilac Springs is just minutes away from the variety of restaurants in downtown Eagle.
