Cory uses pony walls on I-Joists to create a more sturdy floor with less deflection or bounce. He uses PVC pipe in the kitchen island which does not have valleys that collect sand an dirt. Cory adds an extra step into putting stucco on a house because in Idaho we can have extreme temperatures of hot and cold so this becomes a better exterior finish that is less likely to crack.

Design is one of the most important parts of building a custom home and getting people's ideas onto the floorplan can be challenging. Incorporating different finishes and amenities into the final product is important to clients and Cory works to get those ideas from their head into the home.

White Pine Builders also insulates interior walls so that your house has conditioned air between rooms and that sound does not travel throughout your home, as well as outside noises. If you are looking for a builder who is on the job site, offers a great client experience and cares about the finished product call Patty Eckebrecht to set up a meeting with White Pine Builders and Cory Pasqualone.
